Determine what you will stand for and what you will not put up with.
Develop an optimal mindset that will look after you when the heart rate goes up and fine
motor skills don't work.
Understand attackers and the criminal mindset, including different types of violence in the
home, in the workplace, at social gatherings and during nightlife activities.
How we differ from other Self Defense Courses
Our instructional team are karate instructors who have been training and teaching karate and kobudo (weapons) (Weapons) for up to 45 years. Karate instructors are generally not the best people to teach women's self defense unless they specialise in it. WE DO. We have devoted many years to understanding violence through extensive research and have developed the knowledge of what works and what will not in the sometimes very sudden, very brutal and very unfamiliar environment.
Our instructors have the following qualifications:
National accreditation through the Australian Sports Commission
Senior First Aid
Working with Children Check (Victorian Government)
Internationally Qualified Martial Art Instructors
